Mobility Project Physical Therapy We are a private outpatient physical therapy clinic, proudly serving the Eugene/Springfield area. We specialize in getting you back to doing what you love!

The Mobility Project is a private, outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice located in Eugene, Oregon. We provide physical therapy services for a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, "over-use" injuries, return to sport, injury prevention, and management of upper and lower extremity lymphedema. All physical therapy visits are conducted one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist. We are now accepting all major health insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Christine Bodner, PT, DPT, CLT, is a licensed physical therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and is certified in pilates-based rehabilitation. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 2007, and has provided physical therapy services to the Eugene/Springfield community for ten years. She is an avid runner, cyclist and swimmer, and has participated in numerous races including multiple Ironman-distance triathlons, and the Boston Marathon.

Are you on spooky chaperone duty during trick-or-treating this year? That hike around the neighborhood is great exercise, so don’t forget to warm up first!

While the kids are putting on their costumes, take 5-10 minutes to perform some gentle dynamic stretches, like leg swings and arm circles, before you hit the streets.

This Halloween, we want to share two recent patient success stories!

Jason loved his job as a camp counselor–until he tore his rotator cuff while using his machete. We showed him some simple shoulder exercises so he could get back on the job.

Michael sprained his ankle during his usual evening walk. We helped strengthen the joint and gave him some injury-prevention tips.

Our Story

Mobility Project Physical Therapy is a private, outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice located in Eugene, Oregon. We provide physical therapy services for a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, "over-use" injuries, return to sport, breast cancer and post mastectomy care, injury prevention, and management of upper and lower extremity lymphedema. We offer a holistic and individualized approach to wellness and rehabilitation, and all physical therapy visits are conducted one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist. We accept all major health insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. We also offer pilates-based rehabilitation and one-on-one instruction in mat and reformer pilates.
