MC, a 60-year-old patient, had struggled for years with post-LASIK ectasia due to underlying keratoconus. After trying everything from piggyback lenses to sclerals—nothing worked. Fogging, irritation, and eventually a broken lens left him without clear vision… and without a way forward.
