Advanced Health Chiropractic (AHC) prepares to welcome new and existing Trillium Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members — scheduling now for NO COST TO YOU chiropractic, massage, and physiotherapy in Eugene, OR!

As announced by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), all patients in Lane County with PacificSource OHP will be automatically transitioned to Trillium Coordinated Care Organization in February of 2026! AHC of Eugene is a Trillium‑contracted provider and looks forward to serving OHP members with Trillium. Scheduling now for patients seeking treatment!

If you previously received care at our clinic under PacificSource OHP, we can help you pre‑register and schedule appointments before you are transitioned.

We cannot change your current plan status before the state transition, but we can:
1. Verify eligibility
2. Add you to a priority scheduling list so we can contact you the week of February 1 to confirm appointments
3. Help compile documentation and chart notes from your other providers to ensure a seamless return to care

Because our physicians are preferred providers with the majority of insurance providers, most often therapies are included with your Chiropractic coverage for no additional copay or a relatively small copay.
