This will be a Long-Distance session using the Healing from the Core structure which is a powerful healing tool that teaches you to use your own intuitive process to learn to listen to the physical cues that your body, emotions and soul give you. While we are not together physically, we will be connected in a deep energetic way throughout this session
The body gives us a variety of cues in the form of physical sensations, textures, smells, tastes, temperatures, colors, sounds, or images. My role is to hold a safe supportive presence for you, tuning on to you at a cellular level, as you allow yourself to drop in to explore your own inner landscape. As we do this, I will ask questions to help you access deeper levels of awareness. Please message me to schedule.
