For many people, the first trimester is associated with a lack of energy, as hormone levels change drastically and your body adjusts to being pregnant.
The good news is many women find that some of their energy returns in the second trimester, making this an opportune time to check tasks off of your baby-prepping checklist.
By the third trimester, you may have to exert much more energy throughout the day as baby gets bigger and bigger, leading to a drop in energy levels once again.
Though these energy levels are not always the case for everyone, it is generally recommended that you know your own limits, rest well, maintain good nutrition, and mildly exercise all throughout pregnancy in order to not overexert yourself and take care of yourself and baby. ❣

Even though it has its own term, and often occurs before someone even knows they are pregnant, a chemical pregnancy is still a miscarriage.
