Happy New Year and Blessings!

As we move into the new year, I wanted to say thank you for making 2022 such a wonderful year of connection, love, healing and joy. Ome and I have truly enjoyed being in service to the health and wellbeing of our community. Thank you for trusting us and supporting us in our life work.

I am excited that this year I have expanded my services to include Sound healing, Reiki, Meditation/Mindfulness, Shamanic Healing Sessions, and Personal Training. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about any of these services.

I currently have openings this coming week if you would like to rest and rejuvenate from the holiday season. You can click the book now button or contact me directly.

I look forward to this year as my word for the year is EXPANSION. Opening to the gifts of life every day and all it has to offer. May this year bring many blessings and health and wellbeing.

Happy Winter Solstice!

At the dawn of the longest day of the year when the time of reflection and rest is offered, I would like to say thank you to each of you for your continued love and support. This year has been a year of transition and much growth. I could not have done it without you.

As the time of reset is upon us and a new dawn of taking care of our health and wellness is at upmost importance, I wanted to remind you that massages this month are 95.00. It will go to the end of the month. I also have gift certificates available for those who would like to purchase them for loved ones.

There are still openings available for the month of December if you would like to rest and recharge. Ome and I are happy to be in service.

Please reach out if you have any needs. I have expanded my service menu to include sound healing, Reiki, Tuning fork healing and meditation offerings.

Many blessings to all of you in this time of the season of the return of the light, time with family and friends, completing a year of experience and growth and embracing a new year yet to come.

During this time of celebration of the holiday seasons and the coming of the Winter Solstice, I want to say thank you to each of you for all the love and support you have shared with Ome and I over the past years. It has been an incredible journey with many growth points, joy, laughter, sharing, and blessings.

We would like to wish each of you a peaceful and blessed season. I will be offering $5.00 off a massage session during the month of December. I am also expanding my service menu, so take a look. I will have a new website up hopefully by the end of the year (it is at the web designers' desk as we speak:)). I am excited to be expanding both personally and professionally.

Happy Fall Everyone!!!

As the weather begins to turn and the Earth begins her journey inward, I want to thank each of you for being amazing human spirits in Ome and my lives. We love being in service to the health and wellness of the body, mind and spirits of each person that touches our presence.

As we approach the winter months and holidays, I have spent much time in contemplation of my own health and wellness and what is needed to allow me to continue my journey.

After much prayer and contemplation, I will be moving my practice to Veneta to be closer to home and to have less travel time. This will allow me to improve my quality of life by not commuting 1 1/2 hours daily to and from work.

I hope you understand and will continue to see us in our new office. We are super excited and for those who have never visited or have never experienced The Daily Bread restaurant or bakery, it is a treasure to eat and have breakfast. The bakery is located just below my office and they have gluten free and dairy free options😊.

We will begin our new location fully on October 18th. The new address is 88267 Territorial Road, Veneta OR 97487. It is located in the Fern Ridge Center Complex.

All other services will remain the same AND with that said, I am developing my own website and there are new products on the horizon that I will be sharing soon!!!

We thank you for your understanding and your continued dedication to supporting us and your health as we make our transition.

For folks who may not want to drive to see us, I am happy to share names of massage therapists that can serve you more locally.
