We cordially invite you to Lone Oak for our biggest charity event of the year - the Easter EggStravaganza!! This is our most popular event every year and so much FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY! Here at Lone Oak we had a fabulous St. Patrick's Day! Our Executive Director Jose and Health Care Goddess Judy really outdid themselves with Irish style! We had so much fun with the Talent Show! TJ's Restaurant and Bar has been in Creswell for over 30 years. Karen, resident Nancy's sister, joined us for lunch - since she lives in Creswell it was a short trip for her! The atmosphere is nostalgic with all the early pictures of Creswell. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. I had a Philly Cheesesteak and the secret ingredient was cream cheese - so yummy! At Lone Oak we go out to eat twice a month at different restaurants - sign up and come join us for the fun!

For the last 4 years, George, our resident at Lone Oak, has been running the Night Owl Club. The Night Owl Club consists of George's sound system, singing, dancing, and drinks served for refreshments. Recently George and his daughter have created t-shirts with the image of the flyer on them and asked the residents if they would like to purchase one for themselves to wear to the Night Owl Club. It was a big hit this past Friday night! If you would like to join us, it is the 3rd Friday of every month at 7pm. George puts flyers out the week before to remind everyone. Don't forget to wear your shirts on that day!

The residents at Lone Oak really love Crosswords! Today we had 12 of us show up, including Olga's daughter Sue. These women are so smart! We play Crosswords almost every day in the Upstairs Library at 4:00pm. Come join the fun!
