It's time for one of Eugene's most festive traditions: the Holiday Market! Held indoors at the Lane Events Center, you can get handcrafted gifts for loved ones, eat tasty food from our International Food Court, all while listening to live, local music. Free admission and free parking! ✨️

We will also have gift wrapping available from our friends at Hope and Safety Alliance and donation barrels to collect non-perishable items for our neighbors thanks to FOOD For Lane County. ❤️

In light of the newly found case of COVID-19 in Lane County, I will be closing Eugene Complete Wellness until 3/31/2020, at which time I will re-evaluate. I had been on the fence, but with this new information I believe the right thing to do is to close. I believe this to be the best action for all of you, please know it was not an easy decision to make.

For those of you who had appointments scheduled during that time, you will have priority once the office re-opens. For those of you that also see Nikkie Lattion, LMT please contact her directly for information regarding her practice.

During this time of uncertainty I want to continue to support all of you and your health care needs. I will be doing this in a few different ways-

1. First off I am here for you if you just need someone to talk to. This is stressful stuff and can be hard to process. We as a society are practicing social distancing, not social isolation. Through technology we can still continue to connect with people through face-time, or google hangout, and I want to let you know I am available for any of that if you need.

2. I can do virtual consults. This means I can hop online with you and assess a movement pattern or issue and then create a program you can begin right now that works for you.

3. I also plan on starting a private page that is just for you all where I will be doing various helpful videos/information that you can use during this time.

Again, the decision to close has not come easy, but iI believe it to be in the best interest of you.
