Sichuan peppercorns and red chile oil is one of my favorite oils. My friends over at gave me some base oil to use. Their high quality product was perfect to infused peppercorns into. I opted for premium Sichuan peppercorns because the absence of seeds ensure a smooth, non bitter taste with super fragrant aromas. ๐ Ok, my mouth is watering writing this, lol!
