Sichuan peppercorns and red chile oil is one of my favorite oils. My friends over at gave me some base oil to use. Their high quality product was perfect to infused peppercorns into. I opted for premium Sichuan peppercorns because the absence of seeds ensure a smooth, non bitter taste with super fragrant aromas. 😋 Ok, my mouth is watering writing this, lol! Now I have a good component for my won ton in Chili oil and dan dan noodles or mapo tofu

Tonight I made a new recipe using Lost Spirits rum. Savoring the flavor of it, because they mo longer exist. They used to be located over by Area 51 in Vegas.
