This last month+ has been full and busy in the best ways. I love getting into a flow and the Fall often inspires reflection and change in my routines and rituals. 🍂
I will be adjusting my postpartum support to become something that I believe will be more nourishing for everyone ~
The changes will take full effect in 2025 and I’m excited to share them with you!
