This year’s World Health Day theme is Together for Health. Stand with Science. This theme couldn’t be closer to the heart of our mission.

When our founder .strgar started Good Clean Love, she saw a big problem. Many products women were using for intimacy and intimate hygiene were actually doing more harm than good. Research backed what she was experiencing. Most conventional lubricants and washes are not made with the female body in mind and can disrupt the vaginal microbiome.

Wendy’s mission was simple. To better understand the science of the vaginal microbiome and create products that truly support women’s intimate health.

While the industry has grown, the problem has not gone away. Women are still being misled by bad formulations, harmful ingredients, and unsubstantiated claims.

Standing with science is our belief that women deserve to know what’s in the products they use, why it matters, and have access to products that work with their bodies, not against them.

Good Clean Love® Founder and CEO Wendy Strgar has been helping women enhance their pleasure and improve their reproductive health, all without toxic substances like petrochemicals, parabens, and hormones found in most personal lubricants and feminine hygiene products since 2003. We were the first company to develop an organic product which was named the safest on the market in a National Institutes of Health (NIH) study. Working with scientists from Johns Hopkins University, we developed Bio Match™, a revolutionary formula in our feminine hygiene and care products that matches optimal pH and salt balance. And we keep on innovating to improve the lives of women of all ages and stages. Rather than just provide you with the ingredients, we also provide tips on how to maintain the loving relationships you're currently involved in.
