Day 3 of no va**ng. Using this as my accountability! Physical withdrawals but if I breathe through it.. seems to go away for awhile. I feel I can start rerouting my dopamine focus on more healthy things like social interaction, exercise, and mindfulness.

In other news I’m creating a podcast! I’ll be uploading it to YouTube and Spotify. It’s called “Awakening Science”. Since the beginning of my awakening I have been researching the PHYSICAL aspect of spiritual experiences. I will be talking about everything I have uncovered linking neuroscience to spirituality and how you can literally hack your reality through your magnificent and beautiful brain.

Spirituality exists BOTH in the spiritual and astral plane AND the physical 3D world. The answers have been here the entire time MAN!

Twas good morning. Amber and I went on a nice little hike to harvest some things and I managed to find some pine needles. Right away after getting back I washed, chopped them, and turned them into these AMAZING Pine Needle Shortbread Cookies 🍪

Collective Message

There has been an adjustment to the Mother Archetype that coursed through our realm today. How this affects everyone will vary greatly and it might be noticeable or not so much.

While everyone may not have mother issues to attend to it still might be a good time to dig deep and meditate on your DNA as dormant underlying mother issues might be indirectly influencing some reactions.

Mother themes are deeply woven into our consciousness and bodies, so please be patient and gentle with yourself while still letting the process happen. Right now would be a good time to practice Ho’oponopono meditation.
