What an honor Humboldt! “Best” is a huge term, and I know many wonderful practitioners worthy of such a title. LIGHT IT UP⚡️

Light therapy is included in the cost of ALL treatments I offer. Helpful for:

Basically light therapy (red light in this case) is the s**t. But not all products advertising red light therapy are medical grade which won’t result in the same benefits. Some are cheaply made and falsely advertised, taking advantage of peoples ignorance. So while the hype around red light is VERY REAL, many companies get away with selling cheap products that are not.

In a perfect world we get plenty of regular exposure to the sunrise and sunset when red light waves are most prevalent in the atmosphere. In our modern world that’s not usually prioritized or regularly achievable. Hence another case where we mimic nature, reproduce, package & sell it, all in the name of improving peoples health.
