I will be participating in the Hackett-Hemwall-Patterson Foundation's annual varicose vein clinic in La Ceiba, Honduras. Varicose veins and venous insufficiency is a very prevalent problem in Honduras, and each March the HHPF treats over a thousand patients who have been suffering for years from...
