1up Nutrition Clear Protein Lemon Italian Ice Gummies Ingredients:
2 scoops 1UP Nutrition Lemon Italian Ice Clear Protein
16 oz filtered water
4 tbsp gelatin

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, add the water and 1UP Nutrition Lemon Italian Ice Clear Protein powder. Whisk well until fully dissolved.
Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the top and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to bloom.
Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved (do not boil).
Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined dish.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Pop out of molds or cut into bite-sized pieces. Store the gummies in an airtight container in the fridge. This recipe is super easy and makes a ton of gummies the recipe contains approximately 72 grams of protein. ****This can depend on type of gelatin you use. Mine contains 8grams per tablespoon plus contains collagen. This recipe is also sugar free and tastes like delightful little lemon merengue bites. This recipe can be tried with any of the other clear proteins. I am going to try the strawberry Italian ice next time. :) if you try it let me know what you think. ❤️🍋🧸

I didn’t think they could get any better. This new airplane mode hoodie from Comfrt is the best. It has so many zipper pockets for all the things, keys, wallet, cell phone, AirPods, it has built in eye mask that can fold away under the hood or fold out for a quick nap :) it’s over sized, cozy and roomy. This is a size medium and fits so perfectly :)

I have 4 different styles of these Comfrt brand hoodies and pant sets and by far this affirmation set is my favorite. The travel essentials was my first and for me it’s the most convenient with all the zippers and pockets and it also feels the thickest and heaviest for that great warm hug feeling. I also have a set in the signature style and minimalist style. I am so loving their berry color and will definitely be getting that one next! I just saw they came out with a new style the Airplane mode that has a built in eye mask in the hood for those much needed naps. I’m considering this one in berry :) it also has fun, handy and convenient zipper pockets in the hoodie and pants. Have you tried yet? What is your favorite style or color? Do you love the weight? What are your thoughts on the brand and options? I love my Comfrt!
