EPT Physical Therapy & Wellness Center EPT Physical Therapy & Wellness Center has been serving the North Coast since 1970 ept Rehabilitation has been serving the North Coast since 1970.

The first office was opened by local physical therapists Galen Petty and Bill Osborne in 1970 at the corner of Harris and I streets in Eureka. The inspiration to leave their hospital staff positions came from their desire to provide improved rehabilitation services on the North Coast. The goal of these new entrepreneurs was to offer a quality physical therapy service that they controlled directly. Their plan was to revolutionize physical medicine in the area. Their dream was to make a difference in the lives of patients in Humboldt County.
