Ept will have a clinic sale, this Friday (March 20th), from 9AM-2PM. We are selling all of our equipment (including treadmills, stationary bikes, and more) and our office equipment (including chairs, desks, and more).

This decision was made after careful consideration of changing circumstances affecting the practice. It has been an honor to serve this community and to participate in your care.

Your health and continuity of care remain our highest priority. We are committed to assisting with a smooth transition. You may choose to:



*Transfer your care to another physical therapy provider of your choice

*Request a copy of your medical records

*Authorize us to forward your records directly to a new provider
