Today, we pause to remember three of the incredible pharmacists who helped shape what pharmacy means to our community—Mark McMullen, Jerry Handley, and Ted Mariani.

These men were more than pharmacists. They were trusted advisors, friendly faces, and steady hands for generations of families here in Eureka. They built relationships that went far beyond prescriptions—taking the time to listen, to care, and to truly know their patients. Their impact is still felt today in the way we strive to serve each and every one of you.

We are grateful for the foundation they built, the compassion they showed, and the standard they set. It’s a legacy we’re proud to carry forward every single day at Eureka Pharmacy.

Big congratulations to Carrie on passing her Pharmacy Technician exam! 👏🎉

We had the opportunity to stand at the Kansas State Capitol and advocate for the patients and communities we serve every single day. We were proud to speak up for the life-saving 340B program and meaningful PBM reform.

Programs like 340B help rural hospitals and community pharmacies stretch limited resources so patients can continue to receive the medications and care they depend on. At the same time, PBM reform is critical to bring transparency and fairness back to the prescription drug system so local pharmacies can continue serving small towns like ours.

We encourage our patients, friends, and community members to reach out to your Kansas State Representative and Senator and let them know how important these issues are to you and your family. Your voice truly makes a difference.

Together, we can protect patient access, strengthen rural healthcare, and support the pharmacies that take care of our communities every day.

We are excited to welcome Cameron to Eureka Pharmacy as he completes his final rotation of pharmacy school! 🎉

This last rotation is such an important step in the journey to becoming a pharmacist, and we are thankful he chose to spend it here with us in Eureka. Our team always enjoys the opportunity to help future pharmacists gain hands-on experience while also sharing the heart of what community pharmacy is all about.
