🎄Still hanging onto the glow of the Christmas tree?

You’re not wrong!
Tradition says to wait to take down your decorations until the twelfth day of Christmas or the Feast of the Epiphany which is January 6th.
Of course this comes with considerations like live Christmas trees and garland dropping needles… but if you love the lights and the cheer, there’s still a bit of time!✨

You can also consider taking down all of the Christmas specific decorations (Santa, elves, etc…) and leave up more neutral wintery decor - like winter green plants, garlands and wreaths, pinecones and even dried oranges!

We participate in a monthly networking group group, which decided our December meeting would celebrate our family holiday traditions.

Cindy Wilson’s family celebrates with a parody of the 12 Days of Christmas which we played with champagne flutes hand-painted for each part. Filed with orange juice of course. 🥂🎵🪿🕊️💃

We played Rob Your Neighbor with a crazy twist and took a photo with Santa. Santa had a collection for a local food pantry.
