Physio-Med, Inc. is a therapist-owned outpatient rehabilitation practice with clinics located in Leesburg, Lady Lake, and Eustis, FL. We pride ourselves on providing quality one-on-one patient care with no group treatments. A Physical Therapist is needed for a position at our Leesburg and Eustis outpatient facilities. You will receive opportunities to improve your manual therapy skills through collaboration with our highly experienced therapists as well as monthly skills-based training focused on manual therapy techniques. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing therapist eager to join our family as we grow.

Job Responsibilities:
Promotes and maintains health by providing physical therapy services and by identifying patient care issues.
Documents measurements and progress with active communication as the supervising therapist.
Administers established care plans and completes appropriate documentation.
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) State License
Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00; Potential for part-time opportunity if preferred

Pay: $82,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
