Our staff work hard to ensure your comfort and safety - and provide quality, compassionate care to all who enter our doors. These are just a few of our amazing team members that make it happen. We know getting a mammogram is not something you look forward to, but did you know how important it is? Give us a call at 706-868-3940 and let us schedule your 3D screening mammogram.

Screening mammograms don’t prevent breast cancer, but they significantly reduce the risk of dying from it by catching it early—when treatment is most effective.

Prevention & Early Detection Facts

1. Saves Lives
• Early detection through mammograms can reduce breast cancer deaths by 25% to 40%, especially in women over 50.
• Breast cancers found early are smaller, less likely to spread, and often easier to treat.

2. Finds Cancer Before You Can Feel It
• Mammograms can detect tumors 2–3 years before they could be felt by hand.

3. Reduces Need for Aggressive Treatment
• Early-stage cancers often require less aggressive treatments (e.g., lumpectomy instead of mastectomy, less chemotherapy).
