April T. Kitchens, LPC, LLC Sometimes life feels overwhelming and out of control. It can leave us feeling consumed by stress, anxiety, anger, depression, and hopelessness.

April is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing in-person and telehealth individual therapy services to adults in the Central Savannah River Area of Georgia and South Carolina. While these emotions are an expected part of life, there are times they can grow so strong and intense that we feel powerless to manage them on our own. We may see their impact on various parts of our life – family, work, social relationships, our ability to feel pleasure, our overall quality of life.
