Just recently was invited to compete at a local iron chef competition at the lovely red oak manor.
Secret ingredient was: chocolate!

First course: Savory pastry tart with cranberry chicken salad and chocolate caviar.

Second course: Fire roasted chipotle tomato bisque and balsamic chocolate reduction.

Third course: Shrimp and grits with a chocolate bacon gravy.

Unfortunately due to the risk of severe weather during market hours tomorrow, we have decided to err on the side of caution and post pone our debut until the following weekend (weather permitting)
