Some days, your body doesn’t ask for more energy… it asks for rest.
Dr. Beth got adjusted today and what happened next is something we hear ALL the time in the office—
She went to her hair appointment and could barely keep her eyes open…
came home and took a solid 3 hour nap 😅
And honestly? That can be a really good sign.
When your nervous system shifts into a more regulated, parasympathetic state (the “rest and restore” mode), your body finally feels safe enough to slow down… sometimes for the first time in a while.
So if you’ve ever felt extra tired after an adjustment, it doesn’t mean something is wrong.
It might mean your body is finally catching up on the rest it’s been needing 🤍
