A vertebral subluxation is a spinal misalignment that creates interference in the nervous system. It doesn't always cause pain, at least not right away. What it does do is quietly affect how well your brain and body communicate. Over time that interference can show up as tension, fatigue, headaches, or just a general sense that something is slightly off. By the time it becomes painful, it's usually been building for a while. That's why regular spinal checks matter even when you feel fine.
