But the real win?
30 → 27 in jeans.
Cuts are coming in which means fat loss is happening.

Let’s be very clear…
fat loss and weight loss are NOT the same thing.

You can sit at the same number on the scale and look completely different.

That’s called building muscle and losing fat… aka doing it the right way.

So no… I’m not “stuck.”
I’m recomposing.

Right on track for summer…
and yes, I’m about to be a little menace.

I am a certified personal trainer & group fitness instructor, certified Nutritionist Coach, Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified in Exercise Nutrition. My science-driven approach to nutrition, fitness, health began in my 13 years of service as a United States Army Combat Veteran. As a Dietitian and trainer, I helped Soldiers meet the Army’s standards of physical fitness at numerous duty stations in the continental United States and abroad. In addition to countless military certifications, I studied Nutrition and Dietetics at Barton County Community College and later transferred to Kansas State University. With years of experience under my belt, I use drive, determination, and knowledge to make a difference in the lives of many.
