Y’all have been asking about my Sunday night facial routine, so here it is.

Sunday nights are my reset.
Not just mentally… but for my skin too. I take the time to slow down, cleanse the week off my face, and actually nourish my skin instead of rushing through it.
Nothing crazy.

Subject: The Weekend Pattern

The subject reports consistent effort Monday through Thursday.

Evidence confirms:
Meal prep.
Water intake.
Gym attendance.
Motivation.

However, the investigation identified a dramatic shift beginning Friday evening.

Findings include:
• Happy hour that extended well beyond one drink.
• Late-night food decisions made with confidence but limited judgment.
• Saturday brunch containing enough calories to qualify as two meals.
• Sunday evening frustration followed by promises to “start fresh Monday."

This pattern has been classified as Weekend Sabotage...

The scale is not malfunctioning.
The body is simply responding to the evidence provided.

Wellness Case File #001

Subject: “I barely eat.”

After reviewing the statement “I barely eat,” a full investigation was opened. Initial reports suggested the subject was surviving on minimal food intake and sheer determination.

However, further evidence revealed the following:
• A large iced coffee containing over 400 calories labeled as “just coffee."
• Multiple handfuls of office snacks that were classified as “just something small."
• A salad dressed with olive oil poured generously enough to qualify as a cooking demonstration.
• Several “little bites” throughout the day that somehow never made it into the subject’s memory
When these items were combined, the total calorie intake formed a complete day of eating.

Conclusion of this investigation:
The metabolism has officially been cleared of all accusations. The real issue appears to be calories quietly adding up throughout the day.
