I finally did something about my hip pain.

I kept telling myself it was “just getting older.”You know how we do that.

But honestly?
I was tired of moving and wincing every time I stood up.
I didn’t want anything dramatic. I didn’t want to feel pushed too hard. I just wanted to move without that little stab reminding me every time.

So I went to Skillz PT.

And let me tell you what surprised me.
Yes, it’s spotless.

Yes, everything runs smoothly.
