I've been going to Skillz Physical Therapy for the past two months for my hamstring, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better team. Ms. Aime, Richelle, and Ky have been amazing from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.

They each took the time to listen to me, explain what was going on with my injury, and guide me through exercises and treatments that truly made a difference. Not only did they help me heal physically, but they also kept me motivated and positive during the process, which was just as important.

Because of their care, knowledge, and patience, I've noticed real improvement in my hamstring and overall strength. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely care about their patients and how invested they are in helping people get back to feeling their best.

"I am an 81-year-old man who moved from Iowa City, IA, to Evanston, IL, in late August.
During the process I injured my back to such an extent that I became walker-bound and barely able to move.
I also became heavily dependent on pain killers, including Tylenol and Tramadol.
The doctors at NorthshoreConnect recommended that I seek physical therapy.
On the advice of my physical therapist back in Iowa, who helped me recover from a knee replacement, I began to look online at small, boutique, physical therapy services that had high social media recommendations. Skillz stood out. I went with them and have been extremely satisfied with their service. I no longer use a walker and am free of the pain killers I had been taking. I am striving, now, to return to my normal activity level which includes 2 or 3 miles of walking and a mile of swimming most days. I feel confident that the rigorous and careful attention I am receiving from Skillz, especially from Aime, will enable me to return soon to this level of activity. We focused on:
• How to protect your neck, shoulders, and back while stitching
• Simple ergonomic corrections that prevent pain
• Techniques to stitch longer, better, and without strain
• Why posture is everything for comfort and longevity in needlepoint

It was such a joy to see everyone learning, laughing, and improving their setup in real time.
