Why is everything rushed? When did “quick” become the standard of our desires? Why is “fast-paced” given authority over a slow steady flow? It’s time to detox from grind culture. It’s time to rest. Everything in nature is slowing down to rest- the plants, the animals, and the earth. Maybe we should be too.
I used to think I was born in the wrong time.
Now I understand that I’m here to keep the old ways alive.

My Frequency Healing table is officially built, as of tonight! ❤️
Also known as Vibroacoustic Therapy, this is a holistic and noninvasive technique that uses audible sound waves and frequency vibrations to ease acute and chronic pain, as well as several additional conditions and symptoms. This technique is also referred to by a variety of additional terms, including vibroacoustic stimulation, vibrotactile intervention, and rhythmic sensory stimulation.

By any name, vibroacoustic therapy uses a variety of devices to convert sound frequencies into mechanical vibrations and then deliver these vibrations directly to a person’s body comfortably.
The many potential benefits of vibroacoustic therapy include:
Easing of physical tension
Stress relief
Better quality of sleep
Elevated mood
Pain reduction
Increased flexibility and range of motion
Lowered heart rate and blood pressure
Improved circulation

Awaken🌸 Spring Equinox and the Portal of the East!

At Spring equinox, (March 19th-22nd) marking the official start to spring, the years moment of ecstatic rebirth. At spring equinox we once again hang suspended in a sacred moment of balance between light and dark, between the length of day and night, in a midpoint between winter and summer solstice. From here on, the energy from the sun continues to grow in strength, light, and power until it peaks in June.
Entering the Portal of the East~
The portal of the East is the time of waxing energy present in Natures cycles. In the 24 hour cycle of a single day, we enter this portal as soon as the sun prepares to rise and when we wake up each morning. In the wheel of the day, East corresponds to dawn and early morning, from 4:00am-10:00am. Many ancient spiritual practices encourage us to wake up before the sun rises to take a few minutes of solitude before starting your day. The East corresponds to our youth, and the archetype of the Maiden. The strong energy of growth and expansion carries us through the immense transformations that occur through spring as seeds start to sprout slowly from their long hibernation.

This is the time to expand our energy and cultivate our rebirth and growth, planting seeds and intentions and mothering ourselves lovingly into sovereign, joyful, powerful, growing beings of light and love!

Morning practices to Weave you into the East:

Simple self care morning practices including brushing your teeth, tongue scraping, oil pulling.

Dry brushing to awaken your circulation and move your lymph system

Greet the sun and stretch, open the blinds

Earth Medicine: Watch for rabbits that cross your path-they are a sign of fertility and the Maiden. Spring clean your home, open the windows and allow fresh air in to clear out the stagnation from winter. Spring produce: arugula, carrots, kiwi, and strawberries.

Welcome to the next 12 weeks of Awaken🌸
Together, we will awaken with Spring, and renew ourselves through sunshine, nourishment, nature, intention setting, earth messages, spirits, plant medicine, and reconnecting to your inner child.
Week 1: Rebirth and Awakening— Now is the time to shed the Winter skins of stagnation, old habits, and stale beliefs. Spring is the time when all of nature, ourselves included, is reborn. We reawaken to our purity, our innocence, and the sheer delight of expansive growth so characteristic of children. So wake up, and stretch into your sweetness. Greet the arising morning light with fresh eyes of admiration and words of welcome. Each day is a new beginning. Each morning is the start of spring, and each spring is the energy of the maiden, the innocence of youth.
Welcome the song of the birds, the newly blossoming flowers that will come soon, and let them wash away the stillness of winter. Cleanse your inner spaces. Be light, be free, delight in desire and ecstasy! This week, look for yellow! Bring daffodils into your home, if you can. They are one of the first flowers to bloom in spring. Look for signs of spring in your area. My first sign of spring was hopping around in my yard yesterday, and was Mr. Robin.
Open your blinds, let the sun in, and prepare for the Spring Equinox coming up in the next few days ❤️🌸
