• Keep your spine supported. The right pillow and mattress can make a huge difference in how your neck and back feel in the morning.
• Stick to a sleep routine. Going to bed and waking up at the same time helps regulate your body’s internal clock.
• Limit screens before bed. Blue light from phones and tablets can interfere with your body’s natural sleep hormones.
• Pay attention to aches and tension. Neck pain, back pain, or tight shoulders can make it harder to fall asleep and stay asleep.
