Hey friends I was out of the office yesterday and today while I am at a new class. So for those wanting to get in we have some dates coming for our valentines event. I have quite a few people who have reached out so I am even adding a single appointment night with me during the event. Stellena even came with! So keep watching for our event so you can grab the spot you want :)

We feel privileged so many of you felt drawn to to spend their Sunday evening with us at the Full Moon Sound Bath - Snow Moon 🌕 What an amazing turnout! The vibes were so good that even two deer showed up to experience it themselves” 🦌✨ we hope they got exactly what they needed!

Wishing you all a wonderful week, an even better month, and an absolutely fantastic year as we head into the Fire Horse on February 17. These last two weeks are prime time for shedding old snake skins—aka habits, stories, and energy that have no business coming with you. There’s no storage space where you’re headed… leave it behind and move forward with passion, joy, and maybe a little sass 🔥🐎

Kid's Christmas Foot Zoning Event was such a great time! We hope all that came found it insightful and relaxing! Thank you for sharing your awesome kids with us!!! We high schools to baby babies and everything inbetween!

We brought in the new year with a little family sound bath! Stella sure enjoyed it! Its almost like she has done them before 😜
We reflected on the year and made bingo cards for the year ahead!
We sure are grateful to all those who allowed us to be part of their journey in 2025 and we can't wait to see who we get to cross paths with in 2026! Happy New Years!
We also made it just in time for the Bison drop! Shout out to our amazing Evanston WY Fire and Ambulance for putting this on for the community 🙌

It was a privilege to get to go to Uinta Meadows Elmentry and give their staff a chance to unwind and detox before school is out for the Christmas break!

We just want to say thank you to all the amazing teachers in our community that teach with all their hearts. We are glad we could help refill some cups with the holiday season! With Wild Well-Nest and Lexi Revelli
