I have a treatment room at Heartwood Center in Evanston where I practice Thai Massage & Zen Shiatsu.

During treatments, I provide compressions utilizing different parts of my body to open joints and manipulate tissues. I lengthen muscles and ligaments by providing range of motion work. I balance energy flow throughout the body by using pinpoint finger pressure. Let me know if you would like to schedule a treatment.

Heartwood has a couple treatment rooms available if anybody would like to practice at Heartwood. Contact info in picture below.
