3. Kegels are not always the answer to urinary problems. If Kegels alone are not solving your urinary problems, see a PT. ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

4. Sip, donโ€™t chug down a big glass of water. Give your body time to absorb it and get hydrated by gradually sipping throughout the day. ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿฅค

5. Donโ€™t hover! Sit down comfortably on the toilet. Your pelvic floor will thank you. ๐Ÿšฝ๐Ÿ™Œ
