⭐️The Day Young Living Walked Away From a Lucrative Business Deal⭐️
When it comes to Young Living, it’s not just about essential oils—it’s about doing things the right way.
I heard Jacob Young tell a story recently that really stuck with me, and I want to share it with you today!
A few years ago, a potential partner farm was on the table, and everything looked great. Gary Young, his son Jacob, and others on the team went to go visit the farm before they made the partnership official. This farm checked all the boxes, until they went to see the distillers. Gary asked one question, “What do you clean your distillers with?”
This was kind of a trick question - because Gary knew that you don’t need to clean your distillers because the steam created in the distillation process naturally cleans & disinfects them.
But they answered, “Bleach.”
💥Gary didn’t hesitate. He walked away from the deal.
Because at Young Living, the heart of the company is integrity, quality, and purity. No shortcuts. No compromises. And if Gary partnered with a farm that was using bleach in their distillers, that meant trace amounts of bleach would end up in your oils - and that’s unacceptable at Young Living.
➡️Every single oil is crafted with this standard in mind.
➡️Every partnership, every process, every bottle is checked to ensure it aligns with the mission: pure, therapeutic, unadulterated oils that provide natural wellness results every time.
❤️This story is a reminder that integrity is always at the heart of Young Living — and that matters more than anything.
This is why when I use Young Living oils and products in my home, in my recipes, or with my family, I can trust that they’re safe, effective, and made with intention.
💛 Because at the core of Young Living, it’s always been about doing right by the plants, the farmers, and the people who use them.
