Hello friends,
I’m reaching out to share something close to my heart. As a full-time student, artist, and yoga instructor, I have the privilege of leading after-school Art X Yoga classes for preschool and elementary children. These sessions are designed to help kids connect their inner worlds with their outer experiences through creative problem-solving, community collaboration, and self-regulation. It’s incredible to see how these young minds grow in focus and patience.
However, as a private instructor, I manage all my own materials and supplies, which can be quite challenging.
