🎃SPOOKY FAMILY YOGA👻
Get ready for some family fun this spooky season! Join me for a spooky and stretchy family yoga session on OCTOBER 17 at 6pm inside at in Evanston.

This class is perfect for all ages and abilities, including little ghosts, ghouls, and grown-ups! You’ll explore simple yoga, poses breathing techniques and relaxation practices that can help with focus, balance, and stress relief.

Feel free to wear your costume or your favorite fall colors. Mats and props will be provided and no yoga experience is required.
