Winter storms have a funny way of making everything feel a little out of control — schedules, routines, even your motivation.

And honestly? That’s hard.

So if you do need a little stability and control in your life, here are some tips on how to continue working on your goals while the world is on fire and everything is covered in snow:
✨ Keep meals simple and regular
✨ Focus on movement that feels doable
✨ Lower the bar without giving up
✨ Let flexibility be part of the plan
✨ Remember that progress isn’t fragile

You don’t need perfect days to make progress — you just need consistent, intentional ones.
Stay warm. Stay safe. And don’t let one weird week convince you that you’ve “fallen off.”

I love getting this question!

Because unlike most “nutrition coaches” on the internet, I actually have the education and work experience to be a dietitian. I just couldn’t work for free in an internship I wasn’t guaranteed to get to have two letters behind my name. 🤷🏼‍♀️
