Happy Friday to my Facebook community. Massages are all done with for this week. Now I get to end my week with a few private sound sessions. This is the set up for the private Tibetan Bowl session, 30min long.
Next will be an hour long private session in our Sacred Sound room with the metal and crystal bowls. It’s a great way to realign your energy from the week as we start our weekend.

Good morning everyone. We had a beautiful New Moon event yesterday called the Star of Opportunity. We discussed what areas in our life would be beneficial to move forward, then had a verbal and sound mediation for clarity.

Last night was a beautiful way to end the month of September. Thank you to all who could attend and to Tami & Bob for having us out and allowing me to play your YinYang Gong.

We had a great turn-out of like minded people coming together to create peace within ourselves and with that comes more peace within our community.

Now we wake up this morning welcoming in October. Have beautiful 1st of the month.

Tonight at 6:45pm we will be Yin Yang Yoga 4 You for a large Autumn Sound Bath. Check out some of our older photos of working with Tami & Bob at their studio and their yoga retreat in New Harmony last year.
What makes their sound bath different than all the rest I do? They let me use their extra large YinYang Gong. I look forward to seeing familiar faces and new ones.

Rise and shine, happy Mars day everyone. Tuesday is often when we get the week moving.

Lately clients have been asking me “where is your computer” when they visit me at the office.

Here it is. It’s being put to WORK lately but here at home. My computer says it misses ya’ll too and wish it could go back to the office to relax with you. 🤪

I’ve been super inspired so I’m working on new projects for all of you.

The Autumn Equinox is here and when I woke to the misty rainy air it made for the perfect view this morning. 🍃 🍁 🍂
Today marks the day of equal light & dark. Tomorrow the nights will start growing, over powering the longer day light- lit days. The season of introspection, crafting new ideas for next year, rest and recoup is beginning from the long summer light, hard work.
This marks the 2nd of 3 harvest celebrations.

This afternoon at 2:54pm was the solar eclipse (over seas) so on this Sunday our message is when you stay authentic to your own spirit you shine larger than those that hide behind judgements. Check this guy out shining bright with his unique talent. We absolutely love the sound of the sitar. I wish I knew how to play it. We’d include it in our sound sessions indeed. 🙃

Madisonville we love you! I always have such a great time when we travel out to KY. Last night started off pretty wild with it pouring down raining. So our set up started late but the crowd showed up early.

This is my only picture 🫠 lol.

We all could tell the loss of daylight by how dark it was during our sound session. So dark that videos and pictures being taken during the healing hour simply said “no, you will disrupt.”

I followed what was being dished out. Including wrapping up my talk 😆. I love what I do, so I tend to love explaining it to the newbie’s in the crowd.

KD Permanent Cosmetics has such a unique studio and their crowds are always fun. We appreciate you all so very much and I love seeing some KY “regulars” for our sound baths there and new souls pop in each time. Have a blessed weekend!

P.S. that mirror had me drooling. I’m an antique shopper myself and just wow 🤤 🤩
