Congratulations Michelle Daily, Assistant Director of Nursing, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
Michelle, "Micki", is an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing whose unwavering dedication, clinical expertise, and leadership make her an invaluable asset to Columbia Healthcare and ASC. Micki consistently ensures high standards of patient care while also fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for staff.
Micki’s journey in long-term care started 32 years ago as a CNA. Her love of caring for residents and the ability to make an impact on the lives of others is what drives her every day. Micki is celebrating 19 years of dedicated service with ASC this year and it is a privilege to have her as a part of our team. Her ability to lead with compassion and professionalism inspires confidence and respect among her colleagues. She is known for her proactive approach to solving challenges, her strong communication skills, and her commitment to continuous improvement. Whether she’s mentoring new nurses, stepping in during critical situations, or streamlining care processes, she does so with integrity and a calm, confident presence.
Outside of work, Micki enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters, Madison and Maleah. Micki also enjoys traveling and experiencing new places. She recently took up golf and is looking forward to a PGA invite soon!
Columbia Healthcare and ASC are truly fortunate to have a leader like Micki. Her contributions have a lasting impact, not only on the quality of care delivered but, on the morale and growth of the entire nursing team.
