Safekeeping integrates into Electronic Medical Records and sends medical/lifestyle information to family members of patients via mobile app and web. Our company focuses on partnering with long-term care facilities so that family members with loved ones in nursing homes can keep track of their elderly loved ones' health and lifestyle. Many Americans don't have much time in their busy lives to stay truly up-to-date on their elderly loved ones. Safekeeping is here to bridge the gap in communication between long-term care facilities and family members of patients in the most efficient way to date. Matt Prasek and Noah Rahimzadeh started this new venture in the Ball State Entrepreneurship Program in 2014. Through our customer research and industry analysis we wrote a business plan and presented it in a pass fail program. We won the Entrepreneurship Program's award for Outstanding New Venture Plan and won Bird Cage (Ball State's version of Shark Tank).
