If you’ve ever been to Lampion Center, you know how hard it can be to get into our heavy and cumbersome doors. Imagine opening them while seated in a wheelchair. It’s been hard for our clients to enter when using a wheelchair!

Thanks to an amazing grant from the City of Evansville endowment fund, we were able to partner with K and K Automatic Doors and Boyd Electric, LLC, to install these fully automated doors in our client entrance!

What an incredible gift we have been given to better serve our clients with dignity and accessibility!

🌟 Thank You to the Women’s Fund of Vanderburgh County! 🌟
We are honored and deeply grateful to receive a $50,000 grant from the Women’s Fund of Vanderburgh County. At Lampion Center, we believe that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, deserves access to high-quality mental health care. Many of those we serve are not only coping with past traumas, but also face limited financial resources and few options for support.

For individuals and families who might otherwise be unable to afford care, this funding is truly life-changing. 💙

Thanks to generous grants like this one, we can continue our mission of promoting healing, peace, and providing brighter futures for those in our community!

We would like to send a HUGE Thank You to the Evansville Endowment Fund, Inc., a supporting organization of the Community Foundation Alliance, Inc. for the recent grant award. This grant will make it possible for us to install ADA compliant entry doors and complete other building improvements which will make our space more welcoming and inclusive for every individual we serve.
