Hometown Waiver Solutions recognizes Jennifer Cornett as the Seymour Office’s DSP of the Month. Jennifer consistently demonstrates the qualities that every Field Coordinator aspires to in a team member, including active participation in team meetings and providing constructive feedback. She offers waiver participants meaningful opportunities to contribute to the community through the Dare to Care Program, such as creating holiday treat bags at public schools for students and baking cookies and cupcakes for special events. Jennifer maintains transparent communication with her supervisor and team, ensuring everyone stays informed. Her dedication and positive impact are genuinely valued, and she has been awarded a $50 gift card in recognition of her contributions.
