👀We are so excited to announce the newest addition to our administrative team. We feel complete now! 🥰 Meet Emma McIntyre, Administrative Coordinator.

💪Emma comes to us with a wealth of customer service experience in the healthcare field. She loves what she does and is very good at it! Emma says her primary goal is to help clients feel supported as they navigate getting started in therapy. Originally from Kentucky, Emma now lives in Evansville and works in person at Within Sight.

😔Despite our late posting, we are honored to recognize Social Work Month!

💪 We are lucky to have 9 social workers on our clinical team! All of these incredibly hard working professionals demonstrate the National Association of Social Workers ethics and values.

🤔This year's theme honors the prime mission of the social work profession; to enhance human well-being, meet the basic human needs of all people, and put special attention on the needs and empowerment of people who are vulnerable, oppressed and living in poverty.

💙 We strive to do this everyday for our clients and community. We know there are vulnerable and hurting people out there and we are here to help. We feel privileged to do this work this month and every month!

👏🏾Black History Month is a time for celebration, remembrance, and reflection on the countless contributions African Americans have made to the social, cultural, and political fabric of the United States.

😔It’s also an opportunity to acknowledge the challenges that persist within Black communities, particularly concerning mental health.

💔There is still a lot of stigma in Black communities about seeking mental health therapy. For such a resilient people, seeking therapy can seem weak and keep people from talking about their struggles.

💙Share your struggles with others and encouraged your Black friends to seek therapy . If we cannot help, we will connect you to someone who can.
