Since 2005, our family owned and faith-based hospice has been delivering outstanding, quality care to our patients and their families. Because we are a one-of-a-kind, local hospice we are able to customize our care to meet the individual needs of our clients. Our patients are often our neighbors, our family, and our friends. It is our ministry to serve, our purpose to care, and our mission to provide excellent symptom management, spiritual guidance, and emotional support to not only the patient, but the their whole family.

We had a fantastic time providing lunch to the Ivy Tech Nursing Students! 🍽️ We want to extend a special thank you to these specific individuals as they have just completed their clinical rotation at our facility and have shown our residents so much kindness and compassion through-out their time with us. It is truly heartwarming to see to see so many passionate individuals eager to make a difference in healthcare! ❤️

We were so excited to be able to attend the Walk to End Alzheimer's this past weekend! A big thank you to Joanie, whose mother lives on our Wellsprings Memory Care Unit at The Heritage Center. She was a walk ambassador and gave a heartfelt speech on how the disease has affected her family. Not only is she a great advocate for her mother, but to all of those suffering. What a great opportunity this was to raise awareness and support those affected by Alzheimer's! 💟

This past weekend, we gathered for our Wings of Love event, honoring the memories of our past patients with a beautiful butterfly release. Each butterfly symbolizes the love and care we shared with each patient. Thank you to everyone who joined us in this heartfelt tribute! 🦋 🪻
