Congratulations Mandy Watson, Social Enrichment Director, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Mandy has been at Park Terrace for 11 years, sharing her spirit of compassion and genuine gift for relationships with her residents and teammates.

Mandy was inspired to care for others by her Christian faith. She minored in non-profit leadership and loves being around elderly people, especially her grandparents and their friends. Mandy considers it her mission to ensure the residents have fun with crafts, music, puzzles, bingo, and day trips, enhancing their lives through meaningful activities.

Forever dependable, she holds herself accountable for the well-being of her residents. Her gift in connecting with others helps build strong relationships, and her ability to anticipate the needs of our residents ensures great outcomes and improves their quality of life, upholding her commitment to excellence.

One team member said, “Mandy’s ability to make a resident’s day just by talking with them for a few seconds, is second to none. Wherever Mandy goes, you can be sure smiling residents will be there. We are so blessed to have her on our team.”

Mandy is married to Evan for 11 years and they have a golden retriever named Chuck. She sings and plays music at church, including the ukelele. She enjoys pickleball and volleyball, but her number one hobby is reading. She loves to do crafts, especially with her Cricut, and walking trails and traveling with her husband is a cherished pastime.
