We are thrilled to celebrate a very special team member at Park Terrace Village — congratulations to Emily for being named January Rookie of the Month! 🎉
Emily has been a CNA for three years and was recently hired to serve as one of our Therapy Aides, where she plays an essential role in supporting both our therapy team and our residents. As a Therapy Aide, she helps residents maintain their abilities when they are not actively receiving therapy services — a vital part of ensuring continued progress and success.
Emily is currently pursuing her nursing degree and is passionate about growing in the healthcare field. She loves working in healthcare because of how rewarding it is to help others, and it truly shows in her daily work. She takes pride in making every resident feel comfortable, cared for, and valued. She is dependable, always willing to learn new skills, and brings a positive attitude to work each day.
Her long-term goal is to continue advancing in nursing and make an even bigger impact in healthcare — and we have no doubt she will accomplish just that!
Outside of work, Emily enjoys diamond dotting and going on walks — a reflection of the patience and balance she brings to everything she does.
