Throughout the month, team members across our communities are participating in an 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐎 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 — because caring for others is good for the heart in more ways than one. Research shows that acts of kindness can help reduce stress and even support healthy blood pressure. That means every BINGO square checked off is a small flex of heart health. 💪🏼🫀
