Here is my personal testimony:
Every doctor I go to, I have to explain everything all over again.
Sometimes I forget things and other times the doctors don't believe me.
In 2007 I was diagnosed with Endometriosis. Since then I have had 4 surgeries for this dasterdly disease. And it has gotten worse and I need another surgery.
My new doctor received my medical records (400 pages) and all the doctors notes (1,000 pages). He can't find my diagnosis or records of my surgeries!
Even after I gave him dates for everything!!
This is causing MAJOR problems regarding getting medicine, more testing and another surgery. And the insurance company is fighting every step of the way.
So I thought there has to be a better way to get all my records organized and in ONE place to make it easier for information and communication between myself, each doctor and each hospital.
I went on a quest to find a better way and I found this.
