You might not call it a “timeline shift.”
You might just feel… different lately.

Responsibilities. Routine. Reality.

So it’s easy to brush it off. To tell yourself it’s nothing. But it’s not nothing.

There’s a shift that happens when you spend time reflecting, processing, and being honest with yourself — even if you didn’t have the language for it.

And when the season changes,
so do you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to “do it perfectly.”
You just have to start paying attention
to what you’re feeling… and stop dismissing it.
