Part of why I love what I do are those moments of connection. Connection to our authentic selves. Connection to the part of us that were long buried. Never really lost but merely no longer seen.

This is why I created Beyond the Mask. A half day retreat connecting to our masks we wear that no longer fit. Giving ourselves over to the ability to move past them. On April 26th we will come together to journey to our mask that’s ready to be taken off. Decorate and personalize our own masks. Choose to keep them or release them into the fire. What I love about healing is that it isn’t linear. It’s a spiral. A labrynth if you will. Every once in a while I have an “aha” moment when I’m just doing the mundane.

The last few days it’s been recollecting some of my childhood core wounds of being the misunderstood one. The weirdo. The outcast. The bullied one. I used to say those experiences made me stronger. And maybe they did for a short while. But ultimately they really shaped who I am as an adult by softening the edges. I hold my inner child with love and compassion. Sanding down those rough edges of protection so that I can be expansive in this era I am in.

Sending all the love to all the folks going through their spiral.

The lemurians are calling.

I’ll be holding space wit them April 30th at 6pm. My monthly lemurian lounge is more than just “meditation”.

I strive for every experience being unique. Whether that’s a specific journey I take you on or a lil crafty craft. But yes, we do some meditation and a whole lotta singing bowls. This experience was created for those ready to connect but don’t quite know how. Come dip your toes!

Just your friendly healer and reader reminding you that you don’t need to make everything glamorous.

Sometimes it just looks like shuffling the cards to make a simple decision. And sometimes it looks like a whole ass ritual. These days, I’m opting for quick tool use.

Different seasons require different tools - just remember you’re still magical no matter what and no matter how often you pick up your tools.
