I did standing dumbell shoulder press, standing dumbell frontal raise, TRX back row, standing cable machine lat push down, machine chest press, machine pec fly, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, TRX squat, seated machine calf extension, machine back extension, standing cable machine rope biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, precor glute extension, precor rotary torso, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

I did standing cable machine shoulder shrugs, machine shoulder press, standing machine rear deltoid, standing cable machine back high row, machine decline chest press, plate loaded incline chest press, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, precor hack squat, seated machine calf extension, machine back extension, standing barbell biceps curl, seated machine triceps dip, precor glute extension, precor rotary torso, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).
