I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt 94 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did plate loaded supine shoulder press, plate lateral raise, seated plate loaded middle back row, machine pec fly, machine chest press, seated plate loaded lat pull down, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, machine leg press, calf raises using the machine leg press, machine back extension, precor rotary torso, precor glute extension, barbell biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

Never give up on yourself and never surrender because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. If I can do it anyone can. I did plate loaded shoulder shrugs, plate frontal raise, machine back row, seated cable machine chest press, seated cable machine decline chest press, standing cable machine lat push down, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, hammer strength calf raises, body weight squats, machine back extension, machine biceps curl, machine overhead triceps extension, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

This morning I weighed myself and I am extremely proud to announce that I have lost 4 more pounds. From 293 lbs to 289 lbs oh yeah. I have 24 lbs to lose before I reach my weight loss goal of 265 lbs oh yeah 👍 😉 👊 💪

Never give up on yourself because one day you will see your goals come to life. Once you reach your goals you will realize it's because you never gave up. This morning I weighed myself and I am extremely proud to announce that I have lost 3 more pounds. From 296 lbs to 293 lbs oh yeah. I have 28 lbs to lose before I reach my weight loss goal of 265 lbs. Now I can qualify to get my arthritic knees replaced oh yeah 👍 😉 👊 💪
