I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt 90 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did standing plate overhead press, plate frontal raise, standing plate upright row, standing cable machine lat push down, seated cable machine decline chest press, plate loaded chest press, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, machine leg press, body weight squats, hammer strength calf raises, machine back extension, standing cable machine rope biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, precor rotary torso, precor glute extension, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

I did standing plate loaded shoulder shrugs, plate lateral raise, standing machine rear deltoid, machine back row, machine pec fly, plate loaded incline chest press, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, machine leg press, calf raises using the machine leg press, machine back extension, barbell biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

This morning I weighed myself and I am extremely proud to announce that I have lost 3 more pounds. From 286 lbs to 283 lbs oh yeah. I have 18 lbs to lose before I reach my weight loss goal of 265 lbs oh yeah 👍 😉 👊 💪

Never give up on yourself because one day you will see your goals come to life. Once you reach your goals you will realize it's because you never gave up.
