Round 2:
I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt 65 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did plate loaded shoulder shrugs, plate lateral raise, machine back row, dumbell incline chest press, machine decline chest press, standing cable machine face pulls, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, precor linear leg press, calf raises using the precor linear leg press, machine back extension, standing cable machine rope biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, and machine abdominal crunch (medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).
Don't listen to the naysayers. Never give up on yourself because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. If I can do it anyone can. This is all part of my transformation from obesity to being fit & healthy and to the new & improved me. Stay tuned and game on oh yeah π πͺ π π
