I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt New Year's day 90 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did standing plate loaded shoulder shrugs, plate loaded single arm shoulder press, standing cable machine single arm lateral raise. standing cable machine back row, plate loaded incline chest press, cable machine pec fly, cable machine decline chest press, standing cable machine back high row, standing cable machine back low row, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, calf raises using the precor linear leg press, precor linear leg press, machine back extension, dumbell biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push downs, precor glute extension, precor rotary torso, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 3 to 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

In the group exercise room I continued working on my poomsae (current and previous), my kicking combinations 1 and 2 (current and previous), my hand combos 1 and 2 (current and previous), and my self-defense combos 1 and 2 (previous).

Don't listen to the naysayers. Never give up on yourself because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. This morning I weighed myself and I am extremely proud to announce that I have lost 1 more pound. From 299 lbs to 298 lbs oh yeah. I have 33 lbs to lose before I reach my weight loss goal of 265 lbs. I also have 5 lbs to lose before I can qualify to get my arthritic knees replaced oh yeah πŸ‘ πŸ˜‰ πŸ‘Š πŸ’ͺ

P.S. 1 pound loss might be small but it is a win and I will take it πŸ’ͺπŸ‘ŠπŸ˜‰πŸ‘

Never give up on yourself because one day you will see your goals come to life. Once you reach your goals you will realize it's because you never gave up. I did standing plate loaded shoulder shrugs, plate lateral raise, barbell frontal raise, machine back row, plate loaded chest press, machine pec fly, machine decline chest press, standing cable machine lat push down, standing machine rear deltoid, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, hammer strength calf raises, maxpump hack squat, machine back extension, machine biceps curl, standing cable machine overhead triceps extension, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 3 to 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt special end of the year Tae Kwon Do training session. Did some hand strike drills, kicking drills, and blocking drills. Fitness component: medicine ball over the shoulder throw, squat to dumbell shoulder press, and wall sit. Next class will be January 6th.
