Round 2:

I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt 65 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did plate loaded shoulder shrugs, plate lateral raise, machine back row, dumbell incline chest press, machine decline chest press, standing cable machine face pulls, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, precor linear leg press, calf raises using the precor linear leg press, machine back extension, standing cable machine rope biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, and machine abdominal crunch (medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

Don't listen to the naysayers. Never give up on yourself because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. Round 1:

I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt Tae Kwon Do training session. I continued working on my poomsae. I continued working on my hand strike combos: 1: side step under punch to upper punch and 2: jab, punch to under punch. I continued working on my kicking combos: round house kick to sliding round house kick and sliding round house kick to step behind side kick. I continued working on my self defense combinations 1 and 2. Did some hand striking combination drills. Fitness component: squat to dumbell shoulder press, another variation of squat to dumbell shoulder press, and wall sit.

Never give up on yourself because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. If I can do it anyone can. I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt 96 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did plate loaded supine shoulder press, barbell frontal raise, standing cable machine back row, machine chest press, machine pec fly, standing cable machine lat push down, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, machine leg press, hammer strength calf raises, machine back extension, barbell biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, precor rotary torso, precor glute extension, and machine abdominal crunch (medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

In the group exercise room I continued to work on my poomsae, my kicking combination 1 and 2, my self defense combinations 1 and 2, and my hand strike combos 1 and 2.

In the group exercise room I continued to work on my poomsae, my kicking combination 1 and 2, my self defense combinations 1 and 2, and my hand strike combos 1 and 2.

The five picture collage represents my weight loss goal up to this point. 480 lbs to 303 lbs. I have lost 177 lbs since November of 2023. I have 37 lbs to lose before I get to my weight loss goal of 265 lbs. I have 10 lbs to lose before I can qualify to get my arthritic knees replaced.

What helps me with my weight loss is strength training, cardiovascular training, martial arts training (Tae Kwon Do), proper supplementation, and healthy eating. Having an associate's degree in Advanced Personal Training and Exercise Science and a bachelor of science degree in Exercise Science, Fitness, and Nutrition Management is also helping me with my weight loss goal. My certifications in nutrition coaching and sports nutrition coaching from National Academy of Sports Medicine is something that is also helping me with my weight loss goal.

Never give up on yourself because one day you will see your goals come to life. Once you reach your goals you will realize it's because you never gave up.

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, I want to express my sincere gratitude to all our Everett family members.

Just a quick reminder:
In observance of Thanksgiving, our school will also be taking a short break this week.
