I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt Tae Kwon Do training session. I continued working on my poomsae. Continued working on my hand strike combos: 1: side step under punch to upper punch and 2: jab, punch to under punch. Continued working on my kicking combos: round house kick to sliding round house kick and sliding round house kick to side kick. Did some hand striking drils. Learned some more self-defense techniques. Fitness component: body weight squats, wall sit, squat to shoulder press using dumbells, and medicine ball over the shoulder throw. Don't listen to the naysayers. Never give up on yourself because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt 89 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did plate loaded shoulder shrugs, plate lateral raise, plate loaded multi high back row, machine decline chest press, plate loaded incline chest press, standing machine rear deltoid, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, machine leg press, hammer strength calf raises, machine back extension, precor rotary torso, glutes using the maxpump hack squat, machine biceps curl, machine overhead triceps extension, and machine abdominal crunch (medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps). In the group exercise room I worked on my poomsae, kicking combination 1 (round house kick to sliding round house kick and kicking combination 2 (sliding round house kick to side kick). Round 2:

I had an awesome, amazing and kickbutt 46 minute Tae Kwon Do training session. I am sweaty oh yeah. In the group exercise room I continued to work on my poomsae, my kicking combination 1: round house kick to sliding round house kick and kicking combination 2: sliding round house kick to side kick. I also did medicine ball over the shoulder throw each side (5 rounds 60 second each round 30 second rest between each round). Jab, punch (5 rounds 30 seconds each round 30 second rest between each round) first two rounds with 2.5 lb dumbells in each hand and the last 3 rounds without the dumbells.

I am feeling more comfortable with my poomsae. I just need to get my feet in the proper stance which is the back stance for most of the poomsae. My feet always wants to revert to the fighting stance. I am also getting more comfortable with my kicking combination 1 and 2. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. If I can do it anyone can. I did plate loaded single arm shoulder press, plate frontal raise, standing cable machine back row, machine chest press, machine pec fly, standing cable machine high back row, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, precor linear leg press, calf raises using the precor linear leg press, machine back extension, precor rotary torso, precor glute extension, dumbell biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push downs, and machine abdominal crunch (medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps). In the group exercise room I worked on my poomsae, kicking combination 1 (round house kick to sliding round house kick and kicking combination 2 (sliding round house kick to side kick).

This morning I weighed myself and I am extremely proud to announce that I have lost 5 more pounds. From 310 lbs to 305 lbs oh yeah. I have 40 lbs to lose before I reach my weight loss goal of 265 lbs. I also have 12 lbs to lose before I can qualify to get my arthritic knees replaced oh yeah 👍 😉 👊 💪

Never give up on yourself because one day you will see your goals come to life. Once you reach your goals you will realize it's because you never gave up. I had an awesome, amazing and kickbutt 40 minute elliptical cardiovascular training session. I am dripping with sweat and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah.

43 minute Tae Kwon Do training session: In the group exercise room I continued working on my poomsae, kicking combination 1 (round house kick to sliding round house kick and kicking combination 2 (sliding round house kick to side kick). Body weight squats, medicine ball over the shoulder throw (each side), and jab, punch using 2.5 lb dumbells in each hand.
