As we move into the spirit of the holidays, many of us feel the pull between gratitude and the rising pace of the season. As the busyness begins, I wanted to offer you a cup of calm. A moment to settle your breath, return to yourself and soften into what truly matters.

This special workshop will open a space to ground your body and open your field as the holiday energy starts moving. We will begin with a guided meditation to clear the mind, release the weight of the holiday season and an opening of the heart. We will then move into a gratitude & manifestation workshop, followed by a sound bowl & gong bath.

Join us for ARCANA, an immersive pole showcase where fifteen unique dancers embody the archetypes and energies of the Tarot. Each performance invites you deeper into the story, weaving movement, music, and magic into a living tarot spread. Expect beauty, vulnerability, and the kind of transformation only art and spirit combined can inspire.
