This is what self love, consistency, and strength look like. This past year Amy took control of her life. She decided to take health and wellness seriously. Made a plan and stayed consistent! Her stress levels have lowered, her confidence has grown, she lights up the room, and she’s finding her peace within 🤍

The biggest growth is not in what you see with the eye, but in what is felt inside. Working on the mat, not only works the body, but it works the mind, reconnects the soul, and lifts the spirit.
