February is American Heart Month—movement matters. If pain is holding you back, start small and stay consistent:
✅ Take a 10-minute walk after meals
✅ Do 5 minutes of gentle stretching morning + night
✅ Add light strength work 2–3x/week (bands count)
✅ Break up sitting every 30–60 minutes
✅ Keep moves pain-free and build gradually
